The place is well situated, yet the sheets felt a bit stiff and the AC was off when we arrived; in Florida’s upper‑90s that would have been nicer, but otherwise it was a solid stay.
The rooms were worn out.
The pillows were too soft.
“The first night was unfortunately uncomfortable because we found roaches in our room and it smelled like strong bug spra”
The staff were great, but our first room had roaches; the front desk fixed it immediately and moved us to another room.

The shower was amazing—especially the rain shower head—and breakfast was tasty, but the pillows were a bit too soft.
