The location, reception, and friendliness are good, but the sink in the room is outside the bathroom.

The room was spotless and the bed felt incredibly cozy, though it was pretty basic. The spot was great, but the bar next door made it a bit noisy at night; fortunately the music always cut off before midnight, and the hotel handed out ear plugs, so it wasn’t a real issue.

The hotel’s location is convenient near MRT stations, and Jeffery, Laura, Gladys, Pan, Sara, Ria, and Xue were all very warm, welcoming, and accommodating; the short‑term stay was made smoother by the staff’s speed and efficiency.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the free mini bar never got restocked.

The location in China Town was excellent, and one of our group members got a stomach bug, so it was handy that the toilet and shower were in the same isolated wet area, letting us vomit into the shower and then hose down. However, the reception greeted us with “the next door pub and garbage collection are very noisy, so here are some earplugs,” which felt odd. We were three couples paying the same rate, yet the rooms differed a lot in size, facilities (some had cupboards, some didn’t), and windows (some were very high and tiny). That was disappointing.
