The staff were almost always present, checking in regularly, greeting warmly, and cleaning the room daily, which made it comfortable. Even late, they accepted a multi‑night stay and adjusted payment to fit my situation, for which I’m grateful. The shower temperature fluctuated between cold and hot, which was disappointing.

An African staff member was very helpful and pleasant. I received no contact from the owners; my brother was let in by the maid, who was nice and helpful, but I emailed the owners twice about my brother entering early and got no reply, and he never even met them.
