The place is in a good spot, modernly decorated and dead quiet, and the food was solid. Unfortunately the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillow was way too low for a good night’s sleep.

The hotel sits right in a gorgeous valley, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The location felt spot‑on for everything we wanted to do, and the scenery was just beautiful.

Everything was spotless and tasty, the staff were friendly and always ready for a chat or a tip, and the sauna was a great place to unwind. The only downside was the location – we didn’t love it, and the constant creek noise was unavoidable, though we got used to it after a night.

A very nice hotel with attractive rooms, a pleasant dining area, and a beautiful spa; breakfast was delicate and the manager was incredibly friendly, offering daily tips and a top‑notch afternoon cake. On the flip side, there’s no pool, no mini‑fridge in the rooms, and the dinner for a four‑star rating was mediocre, especially the vegetarian options.

The rooms are large, modern and really well‑designed, and the wellness area is fantastic. Plus, the location is excellent – just under ten minutes from the glacier.
