Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location was excellent, just a short walk from the center of Borússia, and the chalet was complete and cozy; the staff were super attentive. It would have been nice to have a fire‑starter kit for the fireplace, even if it were an extra charge, instead of just sticks and a spark.

The service and cleanliness were good, but there was no TV.

The place was really peaceful, and the hosts made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. It was exactly the kind of calm getaway we were hoping for.

The location is spot‑on—right where you want to be—but the heat inside was unbearable. There was no air‑conditioning, just a single fan, and we even found spider webs under the beds.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Their friendly attitude set a nice tone for the stay.
