Since it is a new or renewed apartment, it is clean. It is just 10 minutes walkable distance to Church and is near the beach. There is absolutely no private parking and it is in a very crowded area, so getting parking nearby is difficult. During the season don't expect parking nearby

Excellent, but the neatness was lacking.

The rooms were untidy, the staff were rude, the toilets smelled and the flush didn’t work; the staff were absent when we arrived, leaving us unattended, and the rooms were dirty, smelly, and dusty—everything was bad.
