I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made a big difference in my stay. However, the hotel itself was in a deplorable state - I found it to be extremely dirty, and unfortunately, there were insects in my room. Despite the staff's best efforts, the hotel's condition was a major letdown.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by an infestation of cockroaches and other pests. The room was overrun with them, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my time there. Despite the hotel's potential, the presence of these unwanted critters was a major turnoff.
