“Lovely view of Lake Geneva from a classic Montreux Hotel.”
We liked the size of our room and the lovely view of the lake from it, and the location was ideal for strolling. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, parts of the hotel need refurbishing, especially the hallway carpets.
The breakfast was very good.

Everything the hotel offered was impressive: the location and the view from the restaurant/bar overlooking the lake. The gym was small with very little equipment. The water fountain at reception was always empty, so I had to go to the breakfast area to get a bottle of water to fill it; the staff monitoring that area paid very little attention to the fountain.
The lake view was great, but the carpets were dirty and smelly and the building felt old.
