I was pleasantly surprised when the staff agreed to switch my room after I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the initial room was quite dirty, with a dead cockroach on the floor and hair scattered around. The bathroom rug was also in a state of disrepair, and to make matters worse, there was no sink in the room. Despite the initial issues, the staff's willingness to accommodate my request made a positive impression.
