Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel’s location is excellent, in the best part of the city. Breakfast is very good and complete. The pools are also very good. The room is huge. The hotel is quite old and needs room upgrades. The bed is bad, too small and uncomfortable, the windows let in a lot of light, there's no blackout curtain, and the rooms and hotel overall need modernization. The game room is also very deteriorated.

The staff were courteous and the facilities were clean. Parking near the hotel was difficult.

The hotel is close to everything! No car needed, and we were traveling with a child and a baby. The hotel pools are very good! The heated one is wonderful. The staff are super attentive and ready to help. Nothing to complain about!

The place is in a great spot and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom faucet and shower box were leaking, soaking the entire floor.

The location is perfect. The hotel is literally in the center of São Lourenço and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The water in our room didn’t heat up much.
