I appreciated the cleanliness and the activities offered. However, I was disappointed that we didn’t receive an anniversary banner, a neighboring room on the same floor was smoking, and the food quality was poor.

The pool area and drinks were enjoyable, and the staff at the pool bar were very friendly—Akim was amazing! On the downside, the overall staff demeanor was not friendly or pleasant, the food was subpar, and it was difficult to get anything without asking multiple times.

The food was decent and the service was friendly, but the room was dirty and mouldy, the pool area was filthy, and the cushions to sit on were grimy. Overall, the place felt dirty, and we weren’t told about ongoing works. We heard grinding noises all day for 10 hours, and the drawers were mouldy, the sink was blocked, and the toilet was blocked.
