We were thrilled with how the rooms and lobby were arranged, and Megan stood out for her helpful, professional attitude, going the extra mile to meet our needs.

The location and parking were great, and the breakfast area was spacious and convenient with complimentary food. The suite‑style room was roomy, and the elevators were quick and readily available. However, there were no bath towels when we checked in, the room had a weird, almost former‑smoking smell, and the breakfast floor was a bit dirty and sticky.

I loved the breakfast and the location, close to many restaurants and shops with easy access to everything we needed. I didn’t like the noise; the quiet time posted for 10 pm was not enforced, with kids running in the hall after midnight and playing on the elevators. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault—there seemed to be a basketball tournament—but the quiet time should still have been respected.
