I’ve been a customer for a long time and always praise the staff for their attentiveness and availability. The location is luxurious, and I always recommend staying there if you want to shop with family or friends. Nothing to add.

The staff were friendly overall, the location was great, and the restaurant’s menu was good—I once had a Caesar salad that was delicious and the prices were reasonable. However, the room we were assigned had an unbearable cigarette smell. We told the receptionist and they swapped rooms quickly. The hotel is smoke‑free, but some people don’t follow the rules.
