The room itself was nice, but the hallway felt outdated and had an odor, and the new bathroom also carried a smell. The shower facilities at the swimming pool were very poor.

Breakfast was excellent. We had booked a hotel room, but upon arrival we were given a cottage where someone above us was urinating in the toilet and farting in bed. So we didn't get the room we had paid for.

The beds were good. There was no parking available at the cottage.

The staff were fine. We had booked one night at this hotel with high expectations because of the price, but it was a huge let‑down. The doors and walls were dirty, the fridge that should have been in the room was outside, the shower cabin was broken, and the shower looked filthy. It didn’t match what was shown on the website at all. We didn’t stay the night and checked out immediately. Fletcher has not refunded anything yet.
