The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, but when I left for the parking lot, homeless people outside the hotel were soliciting customers, which made me feel very uneasy; they’re in the woods just outside the back door to the right.

I appreciated the proximity to the airport and the convenience of having shops and eateries within walking distance, but the bathroom had a strong urine odor that seemed to have seeped into the floor and walls despite appearing clean, and I was forced to pay an extra $40 to check in two hours early.

The location was fine, yet the elevator was out of service and the room floor was damp, musty, and not clean.

The beds were quite comfortable and the room was quiet, and the front desk staff were helpful and polite, but the breakfast was mediocre—as expected for a hotel of this class—and some areas looked a bit run down, with carpeting covering the entire room walls.
