The downstairs area was great for hanging out with friends, the staff were very friendly, and the mattresses were comfortable. There was an extra charge for parking, and the scrambled eggs were cold.

Breakfast was nice and varied. There was plain scrambled eggs, a bit dry and unsalted, but that's a matter of taste. They had water sausages fried with onions, tomato beans, pancakes with cheese, and waffles (the machine used to be self‑service, now the waffles are kept warm in a holder). They served grilled vegetables—great. On the cold plate there were two types of cold cuts—somewhat limited and mediocre quality, the same with the cheeses—cheeses were moldy and the yellow ones were also bad. A big plus was the excellent coffee, a wide selection of fruits, jams, preserves, chocolate creams, etc. Delicious and fresh bread, yogurts, nuts, vegetables. Breakfast was very good; everyone will be satisfied and find something they like. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant. I’ve stayed at this hotel three times, hoping that other rooms might have softer mattresses. The very hard and uncomfortable mattresses are a huge downside for me; they’re almost like sleeping on a board. Neither my husband nor I can sleep on them. It’s exhausting, and we wake up sore and more tired than when we went to bed. I know that hard mattresses supposedly last longer for hotels, but this is a disaster. Other hotels in Swarzędz (Node, Eurohotel, or Amarylis) win in this regard.

The hotel is wonderful. Everything was great from A to Z. The staff were super helpful and courteous, and they assisted with the car in the parking lot.
