When we got there, no staff were available. We’d been given the room number ahead of time, and the room was left unlocked for us, but parking nearby was hard to find, which was inconvenient. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, which was disappointing. On top of that, the bathroom sink’s water outlet was broken, so we couldn’t use the washbasin properly. All in all, the stay fell short because of cleanliness and maintenance problems.
