We arrived that Friday and the room was so saturated with cigarette smoke that we couldn’t stay there; the host refused to give us another room and claimed the hotel was full because of an event in town. She cancelled our reservation so we could find somewhere else, and we never received a refund. I’ve called the property repeatedly; the host told the booking site that we never asked for another room, which isn’t true because we would have gladly taken another room after driving there late. The booking site says they’re waiting for the property to contact them for a refund, while the property says they already refunded. Regardless, I give the booking site a 0 and the hotel a 0, and I’ll never use either again.

The staff were professional and friendly, and the overall facility was in good shape, but the room I stayed in could use a new coat of paint—some paint had worn off the walls and scratched, and it was a little dog‑eared, which was kind of disappointing 😕

It was raining, and they let me check in later than I expected, yet I booked a room with two beds and ended up with room 107, which only had a single bed; sleeping in the chair was uncomfortable, especially since my brother needed the bed for his CPAP.

“Not happy compared to the first time”

The hotel was kind of nice and generally complied with any request that would make more money for them, but I found mold in the fridge, the TV wouldn't connect no matter the input, and the AC leaked, giving off a moldy smell; I asked for a partial refund and they only offered a room change after a 12‑hour shift, while my girlfriend and dogs had to stay in the same room—definitely not happy, especially since I wouldn’t have minded paying only $20 a night and no pet fees as a refund.
