The host of these apartments, Roberto, impressed us—an extremely open, sincere, and pleasant man! He greeted us personally, guided us to the apartment, asked questions with curiosity, shared stories, and explained everything responsibly so our stay was as comfortable as possible. It felt like he did it from the heart and truly cared about his guests. The apartments are about a 50‑minute walk from the train station, but here you feel the real flavor of Venice, seeing not only tourist spots but also everyday life of locals, real Italian families and their traditions. Those moments make the trip special and unforgettable. The apartments are very quiet, clean, and cozy. Inside there’s everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Roberto and Nino, thank you sincerely for the hospitality, care, and warmth you gave us in your place! We left not only with great impressions of Venice but also with a pleasant feeling of having met wonderful people. “Wenckie życie!”

Mr. Robero gave us a very pleasant welcome; the apartment is a few steps away in a 1933 building on Corte della Cenere on the first floor. Mr. Roberto provided us with a jar of freshly ground coffee for a Bialetti Moka Express. We arrived after 10 pm and there was no problem picking up the keys. The property is 200 m from the lively Via Giuseppe Garibaldi and 150 m from Via Laguna Fondamenta S. Giuseppe to Laguna Weneckia. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The Wi‑Fi is very fast and independent. The apartment has two separate air‑conditioners.

Very clean and pleasant. The area is quiet but close to a main street with restaurants and a supermarket that closes late (21:30). Also near a park and the vaporetto stop that takes you everywhere. We liked that there were tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, and other useful items so you don’t have to waste time buying them when you’re there for two days. Highly recommended!
