“Highly recommend!”
The location was good and the staff were helpful when we asked to stay an extra night; the room was amazing, though the Wi‑Fi cut out a few times, which wasn’t a big deal.

Clean, spacious rooms, good value for money. It’s very new and still had some unfinished items, and maintenance was being done on the elevator. There was a mold smell in the room.

The breakfast was good, but I was shocked to discover that the hotel was undergoing maintenance, a fact that wasn't mentioned during booking. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and when I asked for a pillow change it took so long I had to go down to the lobby to get it swapped. The sewage smell in the rooms was unbearable, especially at night when it intensified.

The place was comfortable, but there were issues with the pillows and cleaning.

I booked a two‑bedroom apartment that was spacious, clean, and family‑friendly. The staff were friendly, and when I called them about a problem in the apartment, they arrived immediately to fix it. The location was excellent, right on the main road in Patpong, and the Cairo restaurant in front of the hotel offered a great Arabic meal with a nice atmosphere. A 7‑11 was also nearby. The biggest hassle was the ceiling system that turns the AC off when no motion is detected, which kept me up in the second bedroom every half hour; I had to move or open the window, and the AC would shut off again because the window had a sensor. The bathroom doors were a sliding type that didn’t close properly, and the frame gaps let me hear everything on the street. The windows didn’t block out street light at night, so sleeping in the apartment was exhausting. I hope they fix these issues; if they take them seriously, I’d consider another visit.
