It’s very expensive for what it is, the old building and what it offers make the value terrible; everything is super old. The bathrooms and the room in general were bad.

The service was good and the location is convenient. I didn’t notice anything else.

The staff were helpful, but room 101 had a closet that couldn’t be used because there were no hangers or shelves, the walls were damp, the headboard light was broken and wouldn’t turn on, the bathroom mirror shelf was loose, the curtain cut the water out, and there was no table or desk.

We spent a few amazing days in Bariloche at the Italia Inn hostel. From the moment we arrived the staff were super attentive. The room was well heated, the shower had hot water, and the beds were comfortable. What I liked most was the freedom to come and go without hassle, and the option to use room service—my family preferred to sleep in late after our hikes.
