The value for money was solid, nothing more could be asked for. Margot’s service stood out as the most positive part of my stay, and they even let me leave my luggage all day after check‑out while I explored the city. The young guy at reception was quite unpleasant when I went to pick up my bag; I asked if he could charge my phone for 10 minutes because it was dead, and he rudely told me it wasn’t possible—a gesture I don’t understand after staying there.

Clean, very central, good service, overall everything was fine. The TV antenna had issues and didn’t let me watch the TV properly.

11 minutes from the AVE station and 10 minutes on foot from the historic centre with many bars and cafés nearby. The shared bathrooms are super clean. At night there was a lot of noise in the area.

Such excellent value. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It was great that there were two bathrooms.
