The location was great, close to excellent restaurants and other attractions, but I couldn't really review the hotel since I never stayed there. They told me at reception that they were fully booked and suggested I look elsewhere; the lady at reception was not helpful at all. I ended up finding a different hotel four buildings away where I slept.

My friend and I stayed one night, enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the pool, the spa, and especially the free shuttle bus to District 1, which was very convenient and cost‑effective for frequent travelers. The front‑desk staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English.

The room was clean and spacious, staff answered my questions quickly, and everything I needed was basically available; the price was very reasonable.
