Le petit déjeuner variés , bien placé , très propre , personnel accueillant surtout femme de ménage qui est très sympathique 🫶🏻 merci à tous l’équipe de l’hôtel

Nothing special. We were robbed of 100 € from our room. The receptionists did nothing and didn’t care. The hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars; at most 3. Mold, mildew, the breakfast was fine but repetitive and unoriginal. Stay away.

We had a balcony view and the housekeeping staff were friendly, but the rest of the stay was a nightmare. The hotel is in terrible shape and doesn’t deserve 5 stars. Breakfast was only average. The iron was broken; we asked twice for a replacement and never got one. The windows didn’t close fully, leaving a draft. The AC only cooled to a preset temperature and couldn’t be adjusted. Reception was rude and untrained; an indifferent staff member even refused to call a taxi for another guest, which was my first red flag. Only one staff member was somewhat okay, but he also failed to fix the iron. We asked for a shisha lounge recommendation; a receptionist promised a free round‑trip transfer to “Galata Balık,” which turned out to be a restaurant. We told them we were late and had already eaten, so we wouldn’t order food, but the staff insisted they served shisha and food wasn’t required. When we arrived, prices were three times normal. Once the staff realized we weren’t ordering food, they humiliated us by kicking us out in front of other guests. We had to walk back in a storm, soaked. At reception, the staff were dismissive, offered no apology or drying facilities. The next morning, the same receptionist claimed “he didn’t know” and “is only human.” Later that day, I saw him and an employee named Mohamed trying to send an Arab guest to the same place. No management ever spoke to us. Having visited Turkey many times, I never expected such appalling treatment. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
