The staff were kind and caring, and the location is good, but the roof gets a little noisy at night when birds perch on top.

We went to Lopburi to see the many monkeys in the city, only to find out they had been removed in 2024; instead we unexpectedly ended up at the “King Narai the Great Reign Festival,” which felt like a fairy tale with everyone in beautiful traditional Thai clothing and the city decorated with flowers and lights – incredibly beautiful. The accommodation is lovely, very well maintained, clean, and sits on stilts in the water. We were warmly welcomed, taken to the center, and picked up at the times we wanted. Early check‑in was no problem, and they even helped us find the right bus connection to our next destination. During our stay there is also a workshop where many of the items sold in the shop are made; we had a short tour. In the morning you wake up to animal sounds – a great experience. Thank you very much, Maninda. The mattress and pillows are hard, a few hooks on the wall would be handy, and the bathroom and toilet are small and in the same space.

The owners were friendly and helpful, making our stay great. The bungalow is very private and relaxing, with plenty of lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy.
