The room was very spacious, featuring a closet, a dressing table, and a minibar with a kettle and a Nespresso machine. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower, which was fully equipped. The location is amazing—just a 10‑minute walk to the station and surrounded by many cafés and restaurants, and it’s also close to bus stops. Nothing was lacking; everything was great.

The place was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the room stayed quiet; the towels were full size and the staff, especially Duong, were very friendly and helpful.

The room was large with a wardrobe, bathroom amenities, a coffee machine, a kettle, and filtered water in the bedroom; the beds were big, check‑out was at 11 am, the room stayed very quiet, and they offered complimentary pyjamas; the cleaning schedule was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great – nothing to note, we had a perfect stay.

I loved this place – it was huge, immaculate, and the bathroom had plenty of amenities; the beds were large and comfy, and the staff were polite and attentive; the cleaning schedule was great, and the coffee shop on the ground floor was a big plus; this will definitely be my first choice if I return to Kyoto.
