“A Disappointing Holiday Stay Due to Poor Coordination”
I recently had a frustrating experience with my stay at O Kolhapur, courtesy of a miscommunication between the hotel staff and the booking platform. Although I had prepaid for my room on December 22nd, I wasn't assigned a room until December 26th, which caused a lot of stress during the holiday season. As a family of three, including my wife and 9-year-old kid, the risk of not having a room despite prebooking for four days was unacceptable.
