The staff were attentive; when we mentioned there was no hot water, they fixed it right away. The bathroom fixtures were old and poorly maintained, the bathroom light didn’t work, and the water tank had a leak. Although the hotel has direct access to the lagoon, the location is in a deeper, choppier area, so we couldn’t get in and instead went to another public pier to spend the day.

The facilities looked nice and the place seemed clean. The TV in the room was in bad condition, and the staff said you can’t enjoy the facilities until after 10 pm; if you leave, you can only return by that time, which limited our ability to enjoy the place longer.

The location and staff friendliness are appreciated. There’s a lack of maintenance on the shower heads, but that’s something a plumber can fix; everything else is fine.

The staff were excellent and very friendly, but the rooms needed a lot of maintenance; the bathroom smelled bad and the air conditioning broke on our first night.
