“Super nice hotel at a great price.”
We enjoyed our stay very much! The relaxed atmosphere and large clean room were great. The happy‑hour snack spread was nice, and breakfast in the morning was good. We would stay here again! Nothing else to add.
“People great value good.”
Close to what we needed. The exterior was not as clean, showing wear; the grounds looked over‑used, and the interior was less bright and also showing wear.
Breakfast was decent, but the vegetarian selection could use more variety.
“Very relaxing and peaceful great spot to wind down after a long day of activities”
Very nice and homey, I liked it a lot. The location was very good and quite lovely.
The hotel felt pretty ordinary, but the front‑desk staff were solid. Still, a King suite that cost $200 a night felt too plain for a Hilton, with no wow factor. The K‑cup coffee pot was broken, the living‑room lamp was bent, the bedside reading lamp was burnt out, and the bedroom light switch didn’t work. When my husband asked for something at the desk, the kitchen supervisor yelled at him because he didn’t understand the request, leaving my husband frustrated. The overnight desk wasn’t available when we needed the items. I was quoted a lower rate on a booking site but paid the full price. This isn’t the first Hilton Garden Inn we’ve visited, and it might have been a slow weekend. We’ll try another location next time.
