I booked a twin room but ended up with an upgraded room that had a tub, and I absolutely loved the poolbar.

The team were extremely friendly and very welcoming to children, always trying to meet every request, and the breakfast was excellent; we loved the connecting‑door rooms, the terrace pool with its three slides and the pool bar. The furniture showed its age, the bathroom shower lacked a partition in one room so water constantly flooded the whole bathroom, and the rooms could have been cleaner.

Overall the place was very good and actually surpassed what I expected from the average 7.7‑point rating, so I arrived thinking it would be just average. We enjoyed several pleasant days there and would stay again; the staff were consistently courteous and helpful, the room was spacious and tidy, and the pool area was large and attractive, though it tended to get fairly busy from late afternoon onward. The location wasn’t ideal, requiring a bus that the hotel runs hourly—or a Grab ride—to reach most places, which I had anticipated after reading reviews. Still, the hotel was nice, reasonably priced and offered a solid restaurant with decent food.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast offered a lot of variety, and the resort was family friendly.
