The whole thing started off on the right foot thanks to Mr. Luiz, who was incredibly helpful even before we arrived. The room itself was spot‑on, and the place is just a stone’s throw from downtown with its own parking. Everything we needed was taken care of by the folks at Dona Zenta.
The cottage looks just like the pictures and feels super cozy; we loved strolling around on foot because the spot is right in the middle of everything. Waking up to the mountains was unforgettable, and Luiz was friendly, full of tips, and the breakfast was tasty. Parking is a bit steep, but it’s easy enough to manage and you can always leave the car on the quiet, safe streets.

The chalet is just a six‑minute walk from the city center, and the whole building is tidy and well‑organized. I was greeted nicely, got amazing views that made for great photos, and the quiet atmosphere was a real bonus. I can’t think of anything that bothered me.
