“Property is at good location but zero menities you just have to enjoy view from room”

The location is nice, but the swimming pool photos on Google are misleading because the pool doesn’t exist. The location is good, but a few development projects are underway that interrupt the view. The swimming pool photos on Google are misleading because the pool doesn’t exist. At the breakfast counter many options were not available when I asked the waiter to refill them, and they didn’t refill them; when I checked the time it was just 9:30 am and they said breakfast would be served until 10:30 am. Very disappointing. The children’s play area is not well maintained.

I booked at the last minute after seeing the photos, and we were pleasantly surprised! The property went beyond our expectations, the room and view were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to the reception team for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

“Excellent”

All meals were quite enjoyable, the comforts and facilities were good, and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly, but the hot water for bathing was not adequate and they should be more liberal about supplying drinking water and tea packs.
