The location was central, the facilities were good, and parking was available; the staff were friendly and the desk was always manned, but the gym was not available at the last minute as advised.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for the festival.

The hotel is located right in the city centre, but the rates felt a bit steep.
