“Horrible, wont stay at this location again.”

Nothing. Dirty room, dirty linen and cigarette burn on linen. Toilet was dirty, tub was dirty. Staff reused dirty towels and placed them back on racks (they had obvious chunks of snot). Cobwebs on windows. Blinds too small, I had to purchase clips to provide some sort of privacy for my daughter and myself. Missing light bulbs. Moved bed to access outlet and found mold on bed skirts and dead bugs behind bed. Walls in bathroom near ceiling had dust on them. Privacy/security latch wouldn’t stay latched. Paid for late (1pm) checkout. Keys disabled at 10am. Waited at front desk for 20-30 minutes for staff so I could check out. They couldn’t provide me with a paper receipt. Said they’d email it to me. It’s now 10:33pm same day, 12 hours later, still no email receipt

“Not very pleasant will not go back again”

Not very well kept and didn’t look like what the picture showed on your booking site. Room was not 100% clean and very drabby. Sheets and pillowcases, looked old and dingy

The staff were outstanding and very hospitable, the room was spotless, and the location was great.

I put in for a handicap room and it was supposed to have 2 double beds and it had 2 single beds and no room for a wheel chair to get in and out and the room smelt like mold and not clean at all

The hotel was conveniently close to the highway, but there was no refrigerator in my room.
