Resort Plaza Lake

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the complete disaster that was my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness level was abysmal, barely meeting the most basic standards. The sheets had hair on them, which clearly showed that the bedding hadn't been changed after the previous guests. We were booked into three rooms, and some of them were missing basic essentials like toilet paper. The bathrooms were in a terrible state - dirty, neglected, and clearly not cleaned after the previous guest.

The room was a decent size, but the bathroom was a different story - it was dirty and needed a good scrub. The balcony was also pretty grimy. On the plus side, the breakfast was okay, but could have used a bit more variety.

“Beautiful relaxing resort”

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a spacious and well-appointed room that really made us feel at home. The pool area was a highlight - the kids loved the separate pool, and we enjoyed lounging by the main pool. The hotel's location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery.

The location by the lake was lovely, with plenty of facilities like a pool, mini football pitch, and tennis court. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, despite being a bit short-staffed. The only downside was the mosquitoes in the evening - it's a normal problem near a lake, but it can be a bit of a nuisance.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major letdown - it was basic and uninspired, with cold eggs and toast that seemed to have been sitting out for ages. The sauna area was also a bit of a disaster, with a fancy shower that didn't actually work. On the plus side, the staff were always trying their best, and the steak we ordered was surprisingly good, despite taking an hour to arrive.
