The location is fine with good facilities, but the courtyard space isn’t as generous as the photos suggest and there’s no private parking. Train and car noise are present. The air‑conditioning is technically “conditioned” but only the owner can access it. To find the Wi‑Fi password you have to “discover” it. There’s no brochure explaining how to use such utilities.
