The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, with pillows that were just right, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast areas, however, were not cleaned properly, including the coffee and waffle machines; it used to be better.

The executive king suite was spacious, but there weren't enough towels in the room.

The room and front desk staff were awesome, yet the breakfast and staff were not well trained; the staff was overwhelmed and couldn't serve the guests.
