“Lovely town, great stay”
The property is very clean and tidy. The rooms are a decent size compared to other rooms in Italy. The breakfast was lovely. The only issue was that it was a bit hard to find when we first checked in; we were looking for a sign that said ‘Heritage Collection’, but because it’s part of a larger building, there wasn’t prominent signage.
Everything was perfect: the location, the room, the breakfast—everything wonderful! Roberta, the owner, is very friendly and attentive. She is personally reachable, even via WhatsApp. It’s a small, very fine B&B in the heart of Palermo, and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The facility and the owner, along with the staff, are wonderful. The room with a balcony is beautiful, atmospheric, clean, and located right in the center of the old town. Breakfasts are very tasty—omelets, cheeses, croissants, fruit, juices, and excellent coffee! An ideal place for both short and longer stays.
