“Friendly Staff, but Outdated Facilities and Overpriced”
The location and staff are nice; this was my second stay at the hotel, so it was good to see familiar faces. The facilities, the available TV channels for international guests, and the rooms are basically outdated. I like rustic and traditional settings, but that wasn’t there either. The charging sockets didn’t work at first, and an engineer had to come. Chai and coffee are instant, costing more than £100 per night. I just couldn’t feel the value for the money.
