The windows have poor isolation, so traffic noise is strong, but the first‑row lakeside location is top! Finding a parking spot is very difficult.

Great location. Spacious apartment. The front door and windows are a bit light and dated, some details could be improved (a few defective handles, shower drain issue).

The pictures promise a lot, but reality looks different. The apartment feels old. Some outlets are loose and hanging out. Furniture and doors are past their prime. It’s very noisy. The bathrooms had an unpleasant odor.
