The property is stunning and located conveniently for exploring the gorgeous Val D'Orcia; breakfast was plentiful, of high quality, and prepared by friendly staff. The room was cleaned and reorganised daily with fresh bath towels. However, the room felt a bit cramped and lacked luggage support; the bathroom was small, with the shower box positioned directly in front of the toilet, leaving little room to move. The room temperature was inadequate upon arrival—despite the radiator being on, it was still cold, and the correct temperature was only reached when we were about to leave. Outdoor spaces could be more welcoming and usable; adding lounge chairs would let guests enjoy the sun and fresh air.

We loved the prime location and the welcoming atmosphere, and the stay was truly outstanding thanks to Maria and her husband Llesh, whose warmth, readiness to help, and attention to detail made all the difference.

The setting is beautiful and the room is lovely, but it was extremely cold and there were no extra blankets or sufficient heaters; the staff and managers apologized and hopefully they will address this for future guests.
