I didn't like that I stayed more than 3 days and the room was never cleaned; it needs more upkeep, and when I went in the middle of the night to get the key I waited over 20 minutes and no one attended to me.

The staff were very accommodating, breakfast was a great touch with bagels, cereal, coffee, and fruit, and the location is ideal for restaurants; the bus stop right outside gets you to Universal in under 10 minutes for $2, although we were in a pre‑renovation room that clearly needed some work, but seeing some of the newer rooms through the windows they look lovely!

The room was good, tidy, and the bed was comfortable, but the first room had a non‑working shower and they had to swap me to another room.
