It’s central, modern, clean, and comfortable! There’s a coffee machine and drinks on site. Everything else was fine—just two suggestions: a full‑length mirror in the room or hallway and maybe a topper on the sofa‑bed would be great, so the groove when lying down is less noticeable.

I was pleased to find the hotel right on Arnulfsplatz, centrally located and surprisingly quiet, with very comfortable beds. However, the kitchen in the apartment had dirty and broken glasses, the room was very dark and the decor was unsettling—black furniture and a large patterned black/red carpet. The lighting was too dim and the TV didn’t work.

The entire complex of apartments and rooms is tastefully and stylishly designed, truly attractive, and the location in the old town is top. The contactless check‑in was flawless and easy. The room itself, about 13 qm, felt overcrowded with furniture—bed, dresser, desk, pantry kitchen with fridge, shelf, and a large armchair—yet it lacked basics like a bedside lamp (only a ceiling light) and a coat rack. The pillows were too big, the bathroom tap was poorly designed and splashed everywhere, and overall the details were not well thought out.
