The apartment is located just outside a tube station and is a 10‑minute walk to SeaWorld, where there are many restaurants and bars. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, you’ll need to bring your own cutlery if you plan to cook in the well‑equipped, spacious modern kitchen. Fast‑food delivery is just a click away—why bother cooking?

The interior is stylish, the bed is comfortable, the cleaning is good, razors are included, it’s near the metro, there’s a laundry on every floor, and unlimited water is available in the lobby on the floor. The lobby downstairs is great! The staff are attentive. There is little European food, it’s quite far from the waterfront, the gym is laughable—only two treadmills and one machine, though I didn’t use it and it was still pleasant. Towels and water in the gym are a plus. A rat in the toilet ruined the impression; I can’t stand them!

The hotel’s comfort and design were beautifully executed; however, the staff didn’t speak English and made no effort to understand my needs, leading to several unpleasant moments that made it feel unfriendly to foreigners unless you’re already familiar with China; at the end of my stay I met two staff members, Joey and Lucky, who spoke a little English and were more helpful, and a male staff member—who also didn’t speak English but was less indifferent and used an app to translate, though I don’t have his name—was somewhat better; most of the other staff seemed untrained and unaware of international hospitality standards, forcing me to insist repeatedly to receive the room I had booked, and they gave me a different room, resulting in a long check‑in process; Wi‑Fi was available, but you need an international SIM card that covers China, otherwise most of your regular apps won’t work.
