Mistral Luxury Suites

“Great location”

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at Mistral Luxury Suites; the location is superb, with the train and bus stations a short walk away and the town centre also within easy walking distance, making it very convenient and overall offering good value for money. The suite was comfortable, clean, and perfectly adequate for our stay. One small point is that the name “Luxury Suites” might raise expectations a bit higher than the accommodation itself—while the suite is certainly comfortable, I wouldn’t call it luxurious. That said, it didn’t spoil our stay, and we would gladly return because of the great location and value.

Deborah was incredibly helpful and communicative; I’d stay here again just for her, though the pillows were uncomfortable.

“Location is ok but there is no communication with the staff.”

There was no receptionist and the two phone numbers they gave us were no longer in service. The location was okay, but the communication was horrible, and the air conditioner cooled the living room but not the bedroom.
