The reception staff were excellent, offering a highly personalized service; the beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless; the location is great, with the bus stop just a short walk away if you want to head to Palma.

The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well; the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, for four people there was only one jacket hook, a shelf, and a clothes rack with five hangers, and the toilet made a faint running sound all night.
