The staff were welcoming, but mosquitoes buzzed around the garden.

“Best resort for families with kids in Hyderabad”

The whole place and especially the rooms were spotless, and the staff were super friendly; my one‑year‑old daughter had a blast, making it the best spot for families in Hyderabad. Only thing missing were a few more games for the kids.

“It was OK.”

Breakfast offered a few items, which were decent, and the resort charged less for the limited choices. The place stayed clean, and the restaurant staff were polite. The location worked for me because I was driving from Bengaluru to Nagpur. The room was smaller than the photo, and the hotel felt under‑staffed—there were few people for general services. It billed itself as a full‑service hotel, yet it was neither a proper hotel nor a resort.

“Good facilities, but highly disappointed by the breach of privacy and lack of security”

Good facilities, good food options, We confirmed a privacy breach through cctv recordings and the manager assured us it won’t happen again. When we were away for 9 hours, the housekeeping staff opened our bedroom door for random people just because they claimed it to be their room. There was no check made with the front desk and this was a huge breach of privacy and security. The room door was left wide open from 330PM upto 1130PM when we came back. It took almost 20 hours to obtain the cctv footage and only the bottom one foot of the door was visible and from a side angle so we had to actually sit through the 10 hour recording instead of just skipping through to the time when the door was opened. The manager tried his best and refunded 1 days rent in order to compensate
