I really enjoyed my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Desaru. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well‑maintained, and I was impressed with the overall facilities; everything felt modern and well looked after. One area that could use attention is the gym: the treadmills definitely need servicing—the belts were slippery and made it hard to run properly. I hope the hotel can have them checked and maintained. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning. I think the breakfast spread could be improved; it was quite limited.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Desaru from 29 July 2026 to 30 July 2026, and I want to commend the entire team on duty for delivering truly excellent service throughout my stay. A special and heartfelt thank you goes out to Nafasya, Julie, and Wawa. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable by thoughtfully organizing a surprise birthday celebration for my wife and brother‑in‑law. “Great staff who were really pleasant however the soundproofing was not great for a relatively newly built big chain hote”

The staff were fantastic, but the room was only single glazed, which feels unacceptable for a newly built big‑chain hotel. Being next to major main roads, I could hear motorbike noise at night.
