I arrived around 23h30, and with 150 guests to accommodate at that hour it was a real challenge—one full plane had just landed for the night. Only one staff member was at the front desk, which is normal for that time, and I didn’t get my room keys until 3h15, still with a crowd behind me. The hotel was clean and very well located next to the airport, but the wait felt endless, even though I know it wasn’t the staff’s fault.

The staff is very friendly. Food was good. Clean. And overall nice hotel. And a casino which also was clean and organized. The temperature was way too hot. I have not been able to sleep for 3 nights. Booking says the room and hotel have airconditioning. This is for me very important. But they don’t have air conditioning and the hotel is in the full sun. It was 25,5 degrees in my room. With no option to fully open a window at night. And also no fan to have a bit of wind

The room was very spacious with a fantastic view, and everything needed—bathroom supplies, teas, coffees, water—was in the room. The free airport shuttle was a plus. The pillows didn’t offer enough support, and the breakfast was a bit cold.
