“Café da manhã delicioso e ótimo serviço”

The hotel staff treated us super well, all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was one of the highlights, delicious and filling – just how Brazilians like it. The room was clean, the bathroom had hot water working fine, and the beds were comfortable. The room was a bit tight and didn’t have space to open luggage; we had wheeled bags and had to push the beds to fit them. The bathroom could use more hooks for hanging clothes and a bigger counter, but none of that ruined our stay.

The accommodation was exceptional and very family‑friendly. It’s close to the center, has its own parking, and in front there was a laundry that worked very well for washing clothes. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

“Ótimo hotel com linda vista.”

Localização muito boa. Infelizmente, como somos idosos, pedi quarto no térreo, que foi muito confortável, com um jardinzinho próprio na frente do quarto. Mas ai descobrimos que a vita do primeiro andar é fantástica, de frente para o vulcão. O pessoal foi muito gentil e com certeza trocariam o quarto, mas meu marido não quis incomodar e ficamos lá mesmo. Foi ótimo mesmo sem a vista, cama muito confortável, chuveiro gostoso, café da manhã muito bom, tinha chá e media lunas à tarde para quem quisesse. Adoramos, pena ficarmos pouco tempo. De ter que ir embora
